Boarding

Reservations are requested for boarding

To maintain the highest quality care, we limit the number of overnight dog boarding guests each evening. Thus, reservations are required for overnight dog boarding stays. We recommend booking at least one week in advance during non-holidays, and one to two months in advance for holiday stays.

Ruff House Stay (Overnight Boarding)

Dog Food

It is required that you bring your own dog food. This is to keep your pet on their regular diet as
we don’t want to disrupt any digestion issues. Please package only an amount appropriate for the
length of the stay and label it clearly with your dog’s first and last name.

Medication & Emergency Contact

If your dog requires medication, please bring the supplies along with a written account of administering
instructions. Ruff House staff will administer the medication at no additional charge. In addition, all
members have an emergency contact on file. If you prefer we contact an alternative person in the event
of an emergency, please provide the appropriate information upon drop-off.

Check-In

We ask that overnight boarding guests be dropped off by 4:00 pm to ensure that each dog has had
sufficient time to acclimate and play. Dogs may be dropped off as early as our opening on the day of
the start of their stay at no additional charge.

Check-Out

Check-Out time is 1:00pm. Any guests needing to be picked up after this time can stay the remainder of
the day for an additional $15.

Deposit	We require a valid credit card to book each overnight dog boarding reservation. This deposit is fully refundable if proper cancellation notice is given (please see cancellation policy). Clean Reminder: You can add a Spa Bath for $15 upon pickup so your dog is sparkly clean when you pick her/him up!
Cancellation Policy	Kindly give at least 48-hours notice for a resort stay cancellation. Failing to cancel within the proper time frame for an overnight dog boarding holiday stay will result in a forfeit of the deposit.
Holiday Period	Discounts *do not* apply for overnight dog boarding during Holidays.

What if my dog doesn’t like boarding away from home?
No Problem! Ruff House Mobile allows your dog to stay in the comfort of your cozy home.
Our trusted staff will visit your dog twice daily.
We will walk your pal, feed them, snuggle them in and even water your plants.

Let us know if you have other pets as well like: cats, birds or fish we can make sure
they’re also taken care of.

House visits are great for dogs who:

haven’t been spayed/neutered
don’t get along with others well
have high separation anxiety
get stressed fairly easy
